Four Seasons has a loyal following. For those in the US there are some properties that are especially popular. With the travel restrictions currently in place, I know a lot more people are traveling domestically rather than dealing with the complexities of international travel. In this post I wanted to talk about the Four Seasons Vail, which is a great option for skiers.

I also wanted to share the best way to maximize value for a stay at the resort (which is to take advantage of promotions and book through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner agent).

Four Seasons Vail basics

The Four Seasons Vail is located at the entry to Vail Village, just a short walk from the base of Vail Mountain. The Four Seasons offers everything from a 14,000 square foot spa, to several restaurants and lounges, to a heated outdoor pool, to a gym, and much more.

The beauty of Vail is that it isn’t just a ski destination — while it is most popular in winter, in summer there are lots of great outdoor activities as well, like hiking and more.

The Four Seasons Vail is roughly a 35 minute drive from Eagle County Airport (EGE) or a roughly 135 minute drive from Denver International Airport (DEN).

  • The Resort-View Room is 575 square feet and has Vail Village or garden views

On top of that, the Four Seasons Vail has a total of 22 residences, spread across 20 different room types. These range in size from 1,842 square feet to 5,743 square feet, and they have anywhere from two to six bedrooms. These can also largely be booked by the night, though availability will vary.

Four Seasons Vail deals & promotions

The Four Seasons Vail typically has a variety of promotions that guests can take advantage of when booking. However, at the moment there’s just one promotion available:

  • Through December 24, 2024, receive up to 20% off when you book at least seven days in advance

I’m sure we’ll see more promotions again in the future.

Book with Four Seasons Preferred Partner

If you are going to book the Four Seasons Vail, you should absolutely book through a Travel Advisor who is affiliated with Four Seasons Preferred Partner. This is a program available to select Travel Advisors, where they can add value for your stays without it costing you anything extra.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner offers extra perks like daily breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits, and more, all at no additional cost to the guest. Four Seasons Preferred Partner can be combined with any of the above promotions, including the advance purchase rate.

Four Seasons Vail pool

Just to give an example, the Four Seasons Vail charges a minimum of an extra $50 per night for a rate that includes breakfast, though through Preferred Partner you can get that at no extra cost.

If you’re booking Four Seasons and you’re not doing so through a Preferred Partner agent then you’re doing it wrong.

If you’d like to make a booking at the Four Seasons Vail to get the best deal, and/or have a question about Preferred Partner, you can reach out to Ford at [email protected]. Travel Advisors may even be able to help if you already have existing bookings.

Four Seasons Vail restaurant

Bottom line

Vail is one of the most famous ski destinations in the United States, and the Four Seasons is arguably the best hotel there. In addition to well appointed rooms, the hotel also has a great restaurant, spa, and a lot more.

Hopefully the above gives a good overview of the property. If you are going to book the Four Seasons Vail, make sure you’re at least maximizing value by booking through a Preferred Partner agent, who can help you take advantage of any promotions, and add even further perks.

Want to receive extra benefits for your stay at the Four Seasons, including a space available room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, a hotel credit, and more? Contact [email protected] for more details. He may even be able to help if you already have a stay booked.
